Master Thesis Project
A research-led exploration into Disclosure-Sensitive UX, proving that when we design for the most vulnerable identities, we create safer, more human digital spaces for everyone.
Imagine an interface that understands silence as a valid answer. For many queer individuals, safety lies in the ability to be visible to some and invisible to others. Yet, most apps demand full disclosure upfront, triggering anxiety and fear of exposure.
My research explores this emotional landscape, asking: How can we design for the fluid reality of queer identity? Through interviews, audits, and frameworks, I developed interaction patterns that hand control back to the user. This thesis is a blueprint for inclusive design, moving from "What are you?" to "What do you feel safe sharing right now?"
